We had a great anniversary on Monday. Eric sent me flowers at work and we went out to eat for lunch. We also picked out a Pink Dogwood tree to plant in the backyard to celebrate! We had a great year and we are both looking forward to the next year together. We have grown as a couple and as parents together this year, just as we have in the other years. Each year seems to go by so fast that we really need to slow down and make sure to make 'us' time a priority. Which we do a lot, but it is very easy to let it slip if we don't keep it a constant in our minds. Anniversaries are a good time to help you refocus on things like that.
