Our plans changed at the last minute. Someone that said they would work for Eric decided yesterday at 5:00 was a good time to tell him that he couldn't work this weekend. So, Eric had to work today, and we changed our plans to go up tonight and stay Saturday and Sunday night and take Monday off from work.
I'm actually kind of glad. We were really going to be rushing on Friday night to get up there at a decent hour, and then all day Saturday would have been spent with realtors and builders. Now, this afternoon we should be able to see some stuff, and enjoy all of tomorrow with my Dad, and then look at more stuff on Monday before we come home. Also, all of the good hotels were booked for the weekend, so we were going to be staying at a cheapo hotel. This isn't that big of a deal, except for that we are taking Dilyn, and these cheap hotels don't have pools...and for me the beds usually arn't all that great. So, only one night at the budget motel, and then the next night will be at the Best Western...
Today I've been busy cleaning out the car, getting everything ready for the trip, washing clothes, and cleaning the bathrooms. FUN STUFF.
